The Sacred Earth Journey logo represents both my personal journey and what I hope Sacred Earth Journey brings into the world.
The North Star
Represents guidance, wisdom, and ancient secrets. For centuries, people have looked to the stars to find their way. To me, it represents the pursuit of truth and the wisdom we discover when we remain curious enough to keep seeking. It reminds us that even in our darkest hour, there is still light to help us find our way.
The Sun
Represents life, warmth, comfort, and unity. Wherever we come from, whatever language we speak, whatever we believe, we live beneath the same sun. It crosses every border and belongs to no single culture, faith, or people. It is a reminder of what we share.
The Waves
Represent calm, fluidity, purification, and transformation. Water moves rather than resists. It cleanses, reshapes, and carries us from one place to another. The waves remind me to remain open enough to be changed by what I encounter along the journey, but not simply by whatever comes along. We allow ourselves to be transformed by what is true.
Together, the symbols form a compass for this Sacred Earth Journey: seek wisdom, find what unites us, remain fluid enough to grow, and allow the journey to change how we see one another.
My hope is that Sacred Earth Journey promotes healthy Cultural Stewardship™, encouraging us to move through this shared world with humility, curiosity, respect, and open hearts. To listen before judging. To honor difference without fearing it. To pursue truth while remembering our shared humanity.
